Brain Bates will be our guest on Thursday's Joy in the Morning. Brian will be visiting with us to discuss his new song and video called "You Dance". The song and video both describe what he learned on a recent missions trip to Africa.

Friday

Jared Bayless joins us to release a brand new song on JOY! 102.5 called "You Still Remain", plus we'll be offering a free dowload of his song "Crimson". We're calling it Free Music Friday with your chance to get the song for FREE!

Tuesday's Joy in the Morning

We didn't get the answer to our Tuesday Trivia question: "Each Year in the U.S. there are more than 750 accidents related to what?" We will try again on Wednesday morning at 7:15 to find the correct answer.

Tuesday's Amazing Fact was:"Certain tropical fish are able to climb trees, some up to a height of 32 feet. Many of them are so apt at breathing they would drown if forced to stay underwater for too long." Below is a picture of one of those tree climbing fish!

Tuesday was Dr. Walt's final weekly visit with us on Joy in the Morning. Dr. Walt has decided to take a sabbatical from his weekly on air health headlines. He will continue to update his website www.drwalt.com with information each week. Below is a portion of a letter he sent explaining his decision to take a break from his weekly on-air interviews.

Dear Friends,
After much prayer and thought, along with discussions with trusted advisors, I have decided to discontinue my health headlines review and weekly radio interviews. My last day on the air was Tuesday, March 31, 2009. I am so thankful to each of your for your support and friendship. In the future, the time that I had committed to provide the health headline and health interview service for each of you will be used to (1) see patients at Mission Medical Clinic, a clinic for the poor and medically uninsured in Colorado Springs and (2) to write (I'm currently working on two novels). My first novel, Time Scene Investigators: The Eyam Factor (formerly titled The Blue Monk) will be out in August.

Again, thanks to each of you for your friendship and support. And, I will look forward, hopefully, to working with each of you from time to time in the future.
