Wacky But True:
It's courtroom drama crossed with "Sesame Street!" A television station is barred from using cameras during a high-profile corruption trial. So they’re covering the highlights with a nightly puppet show. It stars a talking squirrel "reporter" who provides the play-by-play in an exaggerated, "you won't believe this" tone. The station uses the puppets to repeat testimony and perform as witnesses, reporters and jurors to detail the case, which began last week and is expected to last three months.
Verse of the Day: (Revelation 22:13)I am the alpha and the omega, the first and the last, the beginning and the end.
Amazing Fact: It’s hard to believe what some people are doing while behind the wheel.
Stats from the Federal Department of Transportation… it's hard to believe this stuff really happens in a moving vehicle.
49% Using Rearview mirror to put on make-up
47% Reading newspapers, books, business reports
40% Dialing a phone
33% shaving
20% kissing a partner
29% changing baby diapers
8% snipping toe nails!!!!
Scriptural Pursuit: When David became king of Israel, for how many years did he reign in Jerusalem? 33 (II Samuel 5:4)
