Amazing Fact:  A puppy named after one of the world's biggest pop stars could set the world's record for tiniest dog. Animal rescuers in California say the female Dachshund mix, named Beyonce, was so small at birth that she could fit in a spoon. At two weeks she was the size of a business card. She'll be ready for adoption in about two weeks. Meanwhile, the animal groups has submitted an application to Guinness World Records for the world's smallest dog.
