Brooke Wallace spent 200 hours making her dress and her date's outfit entirely from duct tape. She's now one of 10 finalists in a nationwide competition from the makers of duct tape. It took 42 rolls of tape to make the outfits. The winners will each get $5,000. Voting online continues until July 11th.
