The kitty was born cross-eyed and Spangles' owner, Mary Buchanan says the cat enjoys walking around the house in different little outfits. So Mary started posting pictures of the cute feline. Spangles now has his own facebook page. He can see fine and enjoys playing with the family dog and various other animals.
