Good morning!!!! Here's a tasty treat for a rainy day...

"Muffins That Taste Like Donuts" (makes a dozen standard sized muffins)

Ingredients:
1 & 3/4 C. Flour
1 & 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg (I used 1/4 t)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (I used 3/4 t)
1/3 C. oil
3/4 C. white sugar
1 egg
3/4 C. milk
*****
Combine flour, baking powder, salt, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Set aside. Combine oil, sugar, egg, and milk. Add dry ingredients and stir only to combine. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes in greased muffin pan (makes 12). Meanwhile, melt 1/4 C. butter (I needed to melt a little more) in a bowl. Combine 1/3 C white sugar and 1 Tablespoon cinnamon in another bowl. Shake muffins out while still hot. Dip muffins in butter, then into the cinnamon/sugar mix. Let cool (if you can). :)
