Wacky But True: A miniscule cow has been named the world's smallest by Guinness. It comes from the Yorkshire regional of northern England and measures 33 inches from hind to foot. The 11 year old Dexter breed cow is named Swallow.

Wacky But True update: The world's smallest puppy named Beyonce is doing well at a California shelter. Tiny Beyonce is a Dachshund puppy. The shelter decided not to adopt out the puppy. Instead Beyonce is helping raise money for the other shelter animals.
