Wacky But True: Mugly, a Chinese crested dog won the honor of World's Ugliest dog. Mugly won $1,000 and a year's worth of dog biscuits. This isn't the first time the Chinese crested dog took top honors. Mugly won the title from last year's winner, a Chinese crested dog named Yoda.
