Update: Tiny Beyonce, the world's smallest puppy, is doing well. She's now the poster pup for the Grace Foundation and has a campaign called Beyonce Says SNAP (Spay, Neuter, Adopt, Protect). There's a great video of her playing with her friend, who is a very small kitten as they explore a barn together!
