Wacky But True Story:

CAR ON ROOF

FRESNO, Calif. (AP) — You probably would be snapping pictures, too. People in Fresno, California, were amazed to see a car on the roof of an apartment house. Many folks were taking pictures with their cellphones. Police say the car was launched into the air when the driver lost control and hit some landscaping rocks. According to authorities, the car was stolen and the suspect suffered a broken leg when he jumped from the roof. Bystander Francisco Perez tells KFSN-TV it was a miracle the car landed so perfectly. Ralph White, who lives in the apartment with his family, says they're all still in shock. He adds, "it's crazy."

Verse of the Day: (Proverbs 12:25) Worry weighs a person down; an encouraging word cheers a person up.

Scriptural Pursuit:
In what two books of the Bible do we find the phrase "Be not weary in well doing"? 2 Thessalonians 3:13 and Galatians 6:9

Congratulations to Nicholas Johnson of Salisbury! Nicholas was the DQ Blizzard Cake this morning.
