This Chinese man (Mr. Tan) hopes to gain his way into the Guinness Book of World Records after creating what he believes is the world's largest working mobile phone. The 3-foot phone weighs (48) pounds and must be plugged in. Mr. Tan has not managed to build a big enough battery.
